Buying Lucy Lavender
Lucy Lavender is a Sativa-dominant hybrid strain of cannabis. We bought this jar of deliciousness while at The Emerald Cup. We loved the aesthetic of the Redwood Roots stand. The vendors were giving off friendly vibes. So all we had to do is walk up and buy that shit. Which we did.
Smoking Lucy Lavender
Lucy Lavender is one of the best strains I’ve ever smoked.
Smell, Taste, & Texture
This strain smells amazing. The smell is potent. It’s very sweet with earthy and sour notes.
Lucy Lavender is a dense strain. The buds are firm and crispy. However they do have a spring to them. The flower has deep shades of purple as well.
This flower tastes like ripe Manila Mango. It also has a sweet and potent aftertaste. The flavor lingers like I drank a mouthful of mango juice.
Experience And Effects
I love this strain. Lucy Lavender makes me relax. It eases my anxieties and calms my mind. Which helps me focus and stay motivated. The effects are subtle at first. However the high peaks within 45 minutes and stays strong for a couple hours.
It’s hard to buy bad weed while at The Emerald Cup. However it has happened. We usually make our biggest purchases at The Emerald Cup because the flower is fresh and on sale. We buy from as many vendors as we can, while staying within a budget. So we’re pretty picky.
This strain is one of our favorites. It’s also one of the best strains we’ve smoked. 2019 had a lot of surprises. Heavy Grass‘ wedding cake is right there too. I will be keeping an eye out for more strains from Redwood Roots. Here’s their website if you want to learn more about them. Also tell them we sent you ;).
